Paper.  Paper.  Paper everywhere.  I'm overwhemed with paper.  Although, more & more agents are using online forms to type the initial offer from that point on it is faxed & copied & faxed & copied.   Ugly.  It's just ugly.  How can one little 'ole agent get the momentum going?
