As the Holiday Season avalanches upon us, and overwhelms us with things to do, let me add one more! Do you have your Business Planning and Goals for next year laid out? So many Real Estate Agents do not mentally "own" their business and therefore never build a business plan to monitor their progress through the year. In not doing so, they fail to be accountable to themselves and those who depend upon them. There are endless sites available through CRS, GRI and probably NAR to assist anyone in a basic business plan and goal set up. As my office morphs into a Keller Williams Market Center, we will adding programs to assist our agents and staff in business planning and goals. Let's own our business and plan accordingly!
