I am so frustrated with the banks, and how they are doing loans today. Just got word a deal is fell out, because of the appraisers they are using. The appraiser was inexperienced, and it was bad. He used homes that are 10 years old, not even equal to the listing. The bank would not order a new appraisal. Not sure how you can compare a house 10 years older, than a 2006, with granite and hardwoods to carpet, and laminate counter tops, and the home was built in the in 1998. I just wish if your going to do this job, learn what your doing. Just because an appraiser has a license does not mean he know what he is doing.

Buyers need to research the lending requrires, and make sure the loan officer they are using knows what they are doing.
