sell your home fast: Trends Buyers want in Homes today. - 03/29/11 10:48 AM

All Buyers in todays market want a good deal and competiting with the foreclosure market is tough for sellers. So I wanted to share a couple of items that seem to be making my buyer clients want to make an offer.

1. Homes in Good Condition.
This is also important under the stringent lending rules. Homes in rough shape will not qualify for traditional loans. FHA which allows for minimum downpayment wont tolerate a fixer-upper.
2. A Good Deal.
All my buyers want that foreclosure or short sale deal, but they dont want to buy all new appliances, … (0 comments)
