I have harped on this for sometime but not from a platform like Active Rain. We cannot experience these historically low interest rates for much longer. We are seeing a rise and fall in interest rates weekly. I am not a lender but the lenders that I work with are of the same mind and wish that the buyers would read into this more clearly.
These are some fictitious numbers on the chart below but it has some very true meaning.
