This past week has been awesome weather.  We've had a few days of 60 degree weather and the RE market has been busy, busy.  Now is the perfect time to think about heading to the Upper Cumberland area to search for that perfect "house with acreage" or better yet "Tennessee log home with acreage"  Seems like thats what I hear the most from people moving into the area.  Tennessee is a beautiful state and I must say I love it here in the Cookeville TN area due to its natural beauty, rolling hills, and Mountain views.   You get all that wrapped up … (0 comments)

As the new year gets underway, I am excited about all of the new people I will get to meet and the dreams I will fulfill!   Thats why I got into Real Estate.   REALLY,  I know I stand a good chance of "going under"   :) but this is such an enjoyable career for me,  I sometimes don't even realize it as a "job".  However, it is very hard work and in my prior life, I was in the accounting field, so I find myself crossing every T and dotting every i....I really think this site is very beneficial and rewarding to … (2 comments)
