Buying in the afternoon, or evening....that gallon is not exactly a gallon. In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and temperature of the gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum products included, plays a very important role.       It's a big deal for this business if … (3 comments)

Cookeville TN Rental Property: is renting for you? - 09/26/08 08:59 PM
Moving from state to state can be a challenging experience.  There are some agents that expect to "sell" you a home and some won't even give advice when a customer asks about "Renting".
As a native from Texas, I moved to Tennessee about 8 years ago.  I called every place I could to find a rental, not because I wanted to rent, but because I knew nothing of the area and did not want to buy until I figured out where I wanted to live.  As I only had a short time to get transitioned, I had no choice but to rent.  Well, much to … (0 comments)

Some Simple Steps To Improving Your Credit Report
In reading an article on this, I decided this was some useful information for home buyers:  Did you know that even if you think you have a wonderful credit report, you may have some errors involved. Just as you receive mail with your name and address misspelled, your credit report can have errors as well. While, the average here now is $3.99 per gallon, the highest I saw was $4.99 which was right off the Interstate 40.  That I have found, McGuggins still has the lowest ranging in at $3.89 per gallon for regular.
