As a native of Texas, I have the hard experience of moving here from out of state. Come on down to the good ole' county fair! Ahhh, remember when you were young and you were ansy in your seat all day! The school bell rang, and everyone just flew out of the school house racing to get home!... It's County Fair Nite! Yippee! Remembering the smell of that carnival food makes me hungry! My favorite of course is Funnel Cakes! Everyone is talking about the fallen market these days. The media surely does a lot to control what are economy does or does not do, so I will stand firm that our market here in Tennessee has not been hurt as much as other places seem to have been, or at least thats what I'm seeing on TV. In our neck of the woods, our statistics seem pretty good this year with our population in the area somewhat dense compared to bigger cities, the Upper Cumberland is comprised of Cookeville, Crossville, and everywhere in between.
