tennessee real estate: Real Estate Tips: Logo Makers and Graphics Generators - 10/26/11 07:31 AM
I was needing to spruce up a photo yesterday and totally forgot all about this free site I used long ago. It took me forever to recall the name of it. Sometimes our blogs can need a little pic me up with the use of button makers, logo makers, and photo frames, etc. Image Chef is one I used a couple of years ago and when I finally did recall it, I found it still out there and free to use. Some other cool sites that have been there for a while that some may have forgotten are, GRsites

tennessee real estate: Finding rental property in Cookeville, TN - 10/19/11 03:46 PM
Re-locating from out of town can be a stressful experience. When you ask most real estate agents the dreaded question about renting, some agents will refuse to work with you. As a native of Texas, I have the hard experience of moving here from out of state. My first year here was not exactly what I envisioned as the best place to live simply due to the fact that no agent wanted to help a renter. With that experience, I will always make sure I give the time and detail to every customer who needs to rent before buying a home.

Seven steps that will take you from searching for a home to an accepted offer. On the first day of house hunting, the buyers came to see...all the desirable homes on the market. First things first - Meeting with a real estate agent for the first time is by far one of the most important tasks in house hunting. Your first meeting should be about information gathering. tennessee real estate: Are you looking for Real Estate Services?? - 04/23/09 08:53 PM
I was just speaking to my husband this evening and he was telling me about one of his friends who will soon be moving to our area. His friend needs to sell his home that he had built a few years ago, which is a few hours from here in Cookeville Tennessee, and will transition to our area possibly renting until he gets to know the Cookeville area well enough before purchasing. His friend told him he was reluctant in speaking to an agent because he didn't know about real estate or what questions to ask. Ahhh, flashbacks came rushing in so fast!

Try to visit three or four different homes in one day. Here are some special things to look for when going to see these houses. Take a notepad with you to each house and make a note of the address of the homes you visit. Jot down things you like and dislike about each house. tennessee real estate: Cookeville Real Estate: Mortgage note: Think you can't get financing in today's market? - 08/02/08 08:33 PM
As a Realtor(R), I always do what I can to get my buyer's the best possible mortgage advice. I don't just let the mortgage folks take me to lunch because its free food. I spend time researching good mortgage people to work with and provide excellent care for my clients. However, I do and will work with someone I don't know if my buyer is already pre-qualified through them. I usually let my clients know up front, that I am not a loan officer and cannot give an expert opinion in that area, BUT, I do follow up and stay in close

tennessee real estate: FIRST REALTY ~ COOKEVILLE, TN! Why you should list with us..... - 06/10/08 11:17 AM
As your best Realtor (R), I will be straightforward with you and recommend a realistic CMA market analysis of homes sold in your neighborhood that have similar features, square footage, location and condition. Many homeowners list with the agent who leads them to believe their home will sell for the highest price. You need to choose an experienced agent with the best marketing plan to sell your home. In the real estate business, an agent with many successfully closed transactions usually costs the same as someone who is inexperienced. That experience could mean a higher price at the negotiating table,
