My family and I just went today and it took a little over two hours including small rest stops and a picnic lunch. Walking along side the Falling water river is beautiful and this time of year is amazing. As we just had a good storm front pass through, the river was ROARING (3 comments)

tennessee realtor: Cookeville Real Estate: Just how hard do Realtors(R) work? Why should you pay a Realtor(R)?? - 08/03/08 05:35 PM
Educating the public about our job, I think is a must in our business. Before I decided to get into Real Estate, I bought and sold two homes and land; and used a Realtor(r) on all occasions. Ahh, those were the days...I contacted the Agent on the sign and he came right out and we walked the entire property. It was just beautiful! So, I bought it! I remember asking him this question: "So, I have some money in (1 comments)

In our neck of the woods, our statistics seem pretty good this year with our population in the area somewhat dense compared to bigger cities, the Upper Cumberland is comprised of Cookeville, Crossville, and everywhere in between. Cookeville is still catching the eye (0 comments)
As your best Realtor (R), I will be straightforward with you and recommend a realistic CMA market analysis of homes sold in your neighborhood that have similar features, square footage, location and condition. Many homeowners list with the agent who leads them to believe their home will sell for the highest price. You need to choose an experienced agent with the best marketing plan to sell your home. In the real estate business, an agent with many successfully closed transactions usually costs the same as someone who is inexperienced. That experience could mean a higher price at the negotiating table, (0 comments)
. Before I was a Mom I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby. I didn't worry whether or not my plants were poisonous. I never thought about immunizations. Before I was a Mom - I had never been puked on. Pooped on. Chewed on. Peed on. I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts. I slept all night. Before I was a Mom I never held down a screaming child so doctors could do tests. Or give shots. I never looked into teary eyes and cried. I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin.
