nashville home for sale: New Listing in Sylvan Park: 4800 Dakota Ave, 37209 - 05/10/10 09:09 AM
So, there are these homeowners who got curious last weekend about houses - even though they were perfectly happy in their Sylvan Park starter home, which they spent the past 4 years updating and expanding. They went to an open house on a whim and fell head over heels for the potential, new place. There's just one problem. They still own their current home and had planned to list several months from now. Fast forward and here we are - home cleaned and prepped for showings, prequalification in order, and all they need now is a buyer for their current, fabulous home.

nashville home for sale: 1008 Falls Avenue, Madison TN 37115 (Montague Neighborhood) - 02/10/09 06:38 AM
It's been a long time in the area since home prices dropped to these levels. Even with bargains piling up out there, it's still rare to find the 'perfect storm' of value that you'll find in this Madison home. Starting outside, you'll know this home is special by the large yard with beautiful vignettes of cottage garden, wildlife refuge and lawn. This .51 acre lot can provide hours of imaginative play for children OR a haven for any gardener. The cottage gardens start at the street with the plantings around the mailbox: Soon, the hollyhocks will bloom with great stalks of colorful

Realtors...Home Buyers...Home Sellers...gather round for an honest dialog on open houses. OK, for the moment, it's a monologue. But I am hoping your equally honest (an hopefully gentle) comments will change that. I am not trying to stir up controversy...rather to get the problem and potential solution out there: I'M FED UP WITH CURRENT OPEN HOUSE METHODS AND I'M NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANY MORE! If you have not already said that about the typical open house, perhaps you should. I'm gonna share some secrets here (not secrets to EVERYONE, perhaps but definitely to most): In my personal experience, not one single bozTEAM

nashville home for sale: Why it's important to PICK UP THE PHONE... - 02/13/08 07:51 AM
Call it the luck of the...Italian Greek (?) Call it kismet... Call it a really interesting strategy that works all the time... PICK UP THE PHONE! "Kimble." You proclaim, "Get to the point." You know how I like to ramble. OK, the point is this: We (bozTEAM) have a fabulous listing (California modern, looks out over the interstate, great visibility, great house, etc...). And we decided no fliers. People frequently wind their way up the hill to find this little modern enclave at the top of town with great city views. We'd rather have the drive by caller. But that strategy also requires that when that phone
