How is everyone dealing with this incredible heat? I have to say, want to lose weight real fast? Just work outside for a couple of hours. I thought I would detail my boat today and I started at 9:30 trying to beat the heat sort of. Came in at 2:00 PM and I think I shed 10 lbs. A gallon of gatorade, a gallon of water, and a dip in the pool was all required just to cool down to a reasonable level. And I'm a native Floridian and I'm actually used to this, but 105 heat factor is just too much … (6 comments)
