Here is the market report data for the year to date so far in 2012 and activity is definitely looking up on the Treasure Coast.

Over 50% of everything listed has sold this year so far.  That is wonderful news compared to the last few years.

 

The only confusion with this report is that CONTINGENCY in our market is still considered ACTIVE even though that is an interchangable term for PENDING, hence the high absorbsion rate.  There is actually 57 CONTINGENT and pending, which equates to to less than 4 months absorbsion rate.
