At last, here is the facts for the 2011, and if you take nothing else away from this, the first report says it all folks... Inventory is down, Days on market are consistent, and sales are steady. With lower inventory and steady sales, it is only a matter of time before prices start rising once again.

42% of all homes are being sold in less than 120 days now.  
This is only one neighborhood of our market, and I will post more each night to show we are now doing much better as we continue our road to recovery.
