praise: Criticism vs Praise - 01/07/11 01:56 AM

We all have experienced it in someway or another..

After watching my daughter, an overachiever for sure...Two cheer squads, gymnastics team
and high school deal with a plethora of coaching styles, I am observing some distinct differences at times...
her frustration spills over in the safe zone of home where as a parent we become sounding boards..

As she was venting she brought up some great analogies in my business..
Often I can be criticized for not doing enough for a client when the client doesn't see all the work behind the scenes..
