CATS WIN CATS WIN CATS WIN

Well it is offical, the streak is over. What an awesome game for the Wildcats. For the first time in a very long time there is a rivalry. Yes, Chris and Rob, I am going to say it, no one can come to our house and beat us 25 times in a row. Now this young team has to hunker down and win the games they are supposed to win.

Tuba Christmas

Louisburg sent 20 plus participants to Tuba Christmas at Town Center Pavilion in KC in Dec 07. Great music and over 400 tubas from the area participated. All that bass.

Rural Property and Property taxes

Reaching out to all land specialists. Our county has taken the stand that any tract 20 acres or less is going to be taxed as residential property rather than agriculture. I am taking stand with County and pursuing adjustments for current clients and new land owners. Examples run from a 20 acre tract going from $90/YR to $950/YR, another 14 acre went from $60/YR to $1350/YR. Anybody have experience that I can use.

First Referral from Active Rain

It does pay off. I have been learning the ropes here, tinkering for a couple of months. Out of the blue comes a referral from another active rain blogger. I am ready to kick it up a notch, the system works. Not only have I moved up on google searches and learned a ton communicating with other "Rainers" now I have tangible monetary results in the works.

What a great new course from KW. We just started in our office and have 10 producing agents in the class. The first session, the power of one, deals with focus on lead generation. If you haven't got the material yet, I encourage you to get it and get involved. We had 6 of our top 10 agents attend and to a person they all agreed it was a great synergestic learning experience. Will keep you posted on progress of the course and group. Looking for suggestion to track results. Any ideas.
