Yes it is true pending sales for April 2009 are up 11.4 % compared to twelve months ago April 2008 -AND they are up a staggering 21.3 % from March 2009. Inventory is down almost 19% from a year ago. With dropping inventory and rising affordability these are good signs and good news!

So here I sit at home in Bonney Lake, inundated with social media, blogging tips, lead generating (because that is what I do in today's real estate market) AND my 5 year old is saying "color with me mommy" I am a REALTOR working my butt off trying to build my pipeline as well as keep my family happy, healthy and loving me without feeling selfish. I am a yes girl, I do not say "no" but if I had my choice to say "no" who would it be...put food on the table or beautiful artwork on the fridge?

How many of you are looking for Lake Tapps Ramblers. ? What a great place to call home. Looking out at the beautiful lake, the sense of community. Above all a golf course (that is easy for me to play) near by with excellent pros, staff and scenery. Oh yes, NO STAIRS! trust me nothing against stairs but I have had my fill living in large 2-3 story homes my entire 36 years on this this planet.
