Waiting for the "bottom" to purchase a home is not a good idea any longer. With inventory shrinking there are about 20% less homes on the market then a year ago and pending sales are up almost 18%. The service area of the NWMLS single family homes and condos has seen a shrinking number of inventories for the month of May 2009 there were 41,318 active listings vs. a year ago same time 51,817 active listings on the NWMLS. It's a good thing for the real estate market but not a good idea to wait to purchase "the deal"

With historically low interest rates, adjusted lower prices on residences, and that wonderful $8,000 tax credit, we have seen a boost in mid price markets. Get off the fence, call a REALTOR and start home shopping.

So here I sit at home in Bonney Lake, inundated with social media, blogging tips, lead generating (because that is what I do in today's real estate market) AND my 5 year old is saying "color with me mommy" I am a REALTOR working my butt off trying to build my pipeline as well as keep my family happy, healthy and loving me without feeling selfish. I am a yes girl, I do not say "no" but if I had my choice to say "no" who would it be...put food on the table or beautiful artwork on the fridge?

I CAN NOT SAY NO TO THAT LIL PRINCESS

UGH what to do and how do we do it all? WE CAN NOT but one thing I know is I will stop what I am doing and color with my girl because she will remember those 1 on 1 times alot more, and so will I. Time is a gift to ourselves and others. She makes me smile...live is good!
