Last week was a really interesting week. We received a lot of interest from realtors and real estate agents about our video postings on YouTube and Facebook. There seem to be a few consistent questions that I thought I would answer here:
How do you see the process flow working if a real estate agent or realtor uses 1-800-SELL-NOW?
Well, keep in mind that a customer is calling 1-800-SELL-NOW because they are looking to sell their house NOW. They are obviously motivated. Now motivation comes in varying degrees, but they are definitely motivated enough to call.

I'm always fascinated when I take a couple of steps back away from our business and try to look at it from a different angle.As you know by reading my posts, that's what has been happening to 1-800-SELL-NOW in the last few months. I have had some Realtors come to me lately asking about 1-800-SELL-NOW and how it compares to other systems out there in the market.
Well, I would love to tell you that it is more complicated than this, but it's not...
Customers call 1-800-SELL-NOW when they want to sell their house.  So, when our client is on the other end of that phone call - they are talking to someone that is ready to transact business NOW.

"Kent, 1-800-SELL-NOW is not a lead generation company, it's a CLIENT generation company"
These were the words of one of our best customers to me last night on a call.
Until that moment I had not realized that just by saying "lead generation" I was lumping our company in with every other "wanna-be" lead-gen company in real estate. I have been so focused on trying to get our message out there that I may have actually hurt our chances of attracting great new customers to our service. So no more.
