In a world where volumes are off by 30-40-50%, it is easy to understand some of the cynics out there.  Everyone is entitled to their opinion.....mine just happens to be the opposite of most.
We are in one of the greatest opportunities that the real estate industry has ever seen.  You see, our team has a unique advantage in that we get to view the industry from the vantage point of over 160 markets around the country and I assure you - IT'S NOT BAD FOR EVERYONE.  In fact, quite the opposite!!!

There is a BIG difference between someone that wants to sell their house versus someone that NEEDS to sell their house.
People that call 1-800-SELL-NOW or visit http://www.1800sellnow.com are the ones that NEED to sell RIGHT NOW.
These people want someone in their home within the next 6 hours (not 6 day or 6 months - RIGHT NOW) to guide them through the necessary steps to get their house sold within the next 60 days.
Do you know how to help people like this?  Short sales, cash buyers, aggressive listings, etc.
