While working on a audio video project, I decided on recording the storm in New York City, Staten Island, on the 10 and 11th of February 2010. Here is a short video of my backyard with the bird feeder in action. By the way, all you bird lovers please keep your feeders full while the snow is with us. Those freeze dried bugs are hard to get at under the snow.

Right now, 7:27 AM we have about 3 inches on the ground, snow feels wet, I'm hearing that in Queens, just 10-15 miles away, there is no snow. Long Beach Island, New Jersey, about 60 miles south of my town, Eltingville I'm hearing it's about 15 inches. How is it by you? Atlantic coast area.

Tax Credit Extension - 02/05/10 03:48 PM
Are you aware of the updated tax credit extension? According to the IRS website http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=204671,00.html now it's you must close by June 30th. Not June 1st as was the case. Check the link above here for all the details. You still must be in contract by April 30th. 2010. Apparently they are making changes often, so I think we must check the IRS website frequently. Just FYI.
