seaside nature park: Fifty nine degrees on Staten Island, N.Y. on Feb 1st. Can you believe? - 02/01/12 07:59 PM
Just to make sure you believe your eyes, the Seaside Nature Park in Great Kills, was not only visited by humans, but the beautiful swans and ducks also came by for an occasional tidbit from the folks enjoying the balmy day.  Fifty nine degrees, can you believe it's February first?  BTW, this is just walking distance from my listing at 82 Pacific Ave. Eltingville.  See video below;
