Comparing last May to this, there is a significant difference in the sale price versus sold price on attached homes. This was a segment highly sought after for the first time buyers taking advantage of tax incentives, as well as investors.  But you’ll notice a tremendous drop in September, and the different between list and sold pricing is still quite apparent.
The supply of attached homes has fallen quite a bit, as has the demand.  A couple of reasons may be at play. In this price range, we had more investor owners, who let properties ‘go’, and some first time … (0 comments)
