inland empire short sales: 22% of Florida Home Loans Reported as Non-Current - 11/10/09 06:20 PM
According to HousingWire.com reporting...the US forelcosure rate rose to 3.12% in September...a 2.6% increase over August.
Also. 12.49% of active home loans are "non-current".
Folks...we are in this for the long haul.By these numbers, we'll have inventory coming out the wazoo for the next ten years. More inventory...lower prices.

According to a recent report release by RealtyTrac, in the last quarter (July, August, September 2009) the US has experienced the highest foreclosure activity since RealtyTrac began reporting on the foreclosure market.
Activity rose 5% over last quarter or 937,840 properties.
