Just when you thought Chase was the worst to deal with.  They told me last week they would not postpone foreclosure sale date yesterday, even though we have a cash offer. But, I wouldn't take no for an answer and pushed back hard.  I cc:d every politician, press person, etc.. I could think of. begged, screamed, cried, more honey than vinegar, etc...

And it worked!  Chase postponed the sale just before the 10am bidding time.  Yahooo!  That's all I can hope for is some time for them to review the offer and time to order a new BPO.
