The 9/11 Memorial Service at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills brought in an estimated 5,000-6,000 people throughout the community. Rumor has it that 15 minutes after the doors opened, the entire sanctuary was full. This led to a tremendous overflow of people watching from the screens in the courtyard. This would probably explain why I ended up on the balcony of the courtyard, in what was probably one of the best seats in the house. The resiliency of the American People was crystal clear.
