The next time you list a home for sale, whether you are the home seller or a real estate agent, do everyone a favor. Stop using the over used and sorely misguided marketing cliche' where you exclaim, "It will not last." This has become a laughable joke on many properties and surely the public are no fools. Anyone who has been searching for a home long enough has figured out how to find the days on the market. It's a little embarrassing to see this cliche attached to a home that clearly "HAS LASTED" when the days on the market are … (5 comments)
