I Liked The Other Guys Comps Better, But Can The Other Guy REALLY Sell Your Home? This is inspired by a recent conversation with a Real Estate colleague. They went on a listing appointment with one of their friends. They were disappointed that the friend chose a different Realtor to list their home in the end. Yep you guessed it, when asked why they chose the other Realtor, the friend stated, "I Liked The Other Guys Comps Better."  Feeling defeated by this, my colleague lamented over this.
