It has been awhile since I last posted, so I figure it is time to start again. Today I am showing you a graphic of Marvin NC Homes and what their valuations have changed from Jan 1., 2010 to June 1, 2010 compared to that same time period in 2011. What I find intersting is that several have actually gone up in value. Those include Barrington, Providence Downs, Providence Downs South and "The Reserve". By the way, some of these communities are technically in Waxhaw, only because they have not been Annexed into Marvin township. Bear in mind though, all these

There are so many subdivisions in Union county, it is hard to get to them all. Especially since we are the 15th fastest growing county in America and #1 in all of North Carolina! This is one that I had driven by several times, and then had driven into only once. But when I decided to put it on one of my prospects previews (as a hopeful, high end price range) for them, well I am pleasantly surprised! This is a lovely Shea Homes community with about 150 all Brick homes for sale! Right now the prices have dropped to
