50% of homeowners to do not even realize, there are options for them... Yes 50% according to statistics (and this video). That is a large number.
This is a good video about how to help people and how to market to people facing foreclosure.
1.) Get Certified
2.) Acknowledge the mindset of seller, and target their needs!
3.) - Create a Stealth Website, that is non-branded, but chock full of FAQ, worksheets, BASICALLY ANSWERS AND HELP!
4.) Drive Traffic to it! - PR, Small Ads,
5.) Know your troubled Neighboorhoods!
6.) Work you SOI, and Mail prospects!
