It has been awhile since I last posted, so I figure it is time to start again. Today I am showing you a graphic of Marvin NC Homes and what their valuations have changed from Jan 1., 2010 to June 1, 2010 compared to that same time period in 2011.
What I find intersting is that several have actually gone up in value. Those include Barrington, Providence Downs, Providence Downs South and "The Reserve". By the way, some of these communities are technically in Waxhaw, only because they have not been Annexed into Marvin township. Bear in mind though, all these … (0 comments)

Providence Downs is a beautiful area, rich in the heritage of the Kentucky Derby! Every street is named after a thoroughbred that has won that annual event! As of mid 2007, there are 41 homes for sale ranging in prices from mid $500,000 to 1.5 Million. Just one drive thru this pristine neighborhood and you will want to come back again, not just because of the elegance but because of the friendly people who wave to you!
