Add a free vacation to your current promotions!

I had a down year in 2007. I bought several programs that I thought would increase my sales. I am still paying for Constant Contact, Housevalues, and 4 other online programs designed to help my customer base and income. I joined Activerain in the early part of 2008 and I saw a minor increase which I can't thank them enough for! During the summer months I had several new inquiries and business that derived from ActiveRain and then I had a drop in sales as the economy dropped in August til November. In November I was contacted by a company from California that offered me Unlimited Vacations for a licensing fee. I was skeptical, I thought about it, and I saw some of the ads and continued to keep in contact with the representative.  I finally decided to purchase the package and I couldn't tell you how great things have been since then! I purchased the package on Nov.4th,I made just under 48K for the year at that point..... From then til now I have made over 22K already,and I have given away over 400 vacation vouchers,and at least 40 people have thanked me for the vouchers,and most of the vouchers that have been used were by people who did not purchase from me and possibly have given me referrals!

I thought I made another financial mistake, but this decision has been one of the best moves I have made! Originally I thought it was a mistake,but my wife read through everything and actually wanted to purchase the package for herself....I thought that it wasn't a good idea,but when i was told that the package was $2000.00 and i would recieve that same amount in food credit cards,I was also skeptical. Why would I pay $2000 and they give me the same amount in food credit cards.......I trusted the wife which is always a smart thing to do, and then I really saw the benefits! 1 day later I recieved the food credit cards and was able to get 32 dollars worth of food and only spend 7 dollars at Al's Beef in Chicgao...I was not only sold on the vacation vouchers,but I was already making dividends with the food credit cards. Since that first weekend,I have spent several food credit cards on clients and given away as many vacation vouchers as potential clients that I have spoken to. I don't know what it is,but my potential clients as well as people just looking for something free have contacted me and I have given the vouchers away like they were soiled penny's. I was told that i could give away as many vacation vouchers as I could...and so far,I have,my client base keeps growing,and i am suddenly getting more referrals from vacation packages as I have from selling houses! After 5 months of this program,I am getting approximately 25 calls a day from people just asking me about how they can get a vacation while working with me to get a house or help their credit! I have had to give away over 300 vacations since i started this program without actually being able to help the people that call,but for those clients,I have also helped more than 40 people get homes,which is my goal!

Before you get all excited and think this is the end all be all marketing program,I want to tell you that this is not for everyone....... I have purchased the package by myself and helped a comapny that I no longer work for get more than 30% increase in volume sales calls,and an increase in sales. But I have also introduced this program to a couple of friends in the business that have combined their money in order to purchase the same program and don't give away the trip unless they retain services or buy. So this is not for everyone,but i encourage you to ask me how to make this work. Hundreds of Professionals have asked me how Pan American Mortgage is run over the last year,I encourage everybody else to do the same thing with this business that has produced much more for me than that comapny in the same amount of time!

I have added a free vacation voucher with every service I provide....... and I must say,that is the best money I have spent in the Mortgage Industry since i have been in the Business. I have used lead programs,constant contact,Housevalues,and just about every program you have used in the business. But since the economical downturn, I have used a vacation vouchers that I give away to anybody that just returns my phone calls and I have more than doubled my income from last year at this time!
This is not for people who don't like to just give things away that you have at your disposal, I have an unlimited amount of vacation vouchers that I can give away in a year. I have given away more than 400 vouchers since November. I have given a voucher to a person just for allowing me to run their credit and see what I could possibly do for them and they absolutely knew that they were in no position to purchase a home. Didn't bother me at all, I have a contact to add to my database, potential referrals, and a happy person. Activerain has allowed me to come in contact with people that I would not have been able to come in contact with doing the marketing that I was doing, so I must thank ActiveRain for the exposure and ability to share my gift of honesty in selling homes,and the ability to give vacations to those who can't purchase right now!
