Burbank is a very unique market. For those that may not know, Burbank has a very high tax base, meaning that on a per capita basis, has more than TWICE the tax revenues than Glendale, it's eastern neighbor. So a smaller area, with more tax revenues, should mean a GREAT PLACE (0 comments)
