OK, so I've received a call from someone in another state who purchased land, sight unseen, and now, after the fact, wants to know what it's worth. First off, unless you are a successful, experienced investor who has established a relationship with a trustworthy, experienced real estate professional in the area you want to buy land - don't do it. Welcome to Cochise County! - 01/03/09 11:00 AM
I thought I'd start this blog with a general welcome to those of you who have never been to our little corner of paradise!   Cochise County is the southeasternmost corner of the state of Arizona.  The valley I love so dearly is the Sulphur Springs Valley and that is located on the eastern edge of Cochise County.  The Sulphur Springs Valley is a wide semi-arid grassland with elevations varying from about 3,500 up to about 5,500 feet in elevation.  This blesses us with year round temperate weather.
