I had the opportunity to visit the National Air and Space Museum located adjacent to the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) this afternoon. This video footage was taken from inside the National Air and Space Museum located adjacent to Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) in Chantilly, Virginia. This plane will travel well over 2,400 miles per hour! Recording date January 13th, 2012.

military: HB 1816 Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; early termination of leases by military personnel. - 10/10/07 11:55 PM

The summary of this bill which was approved on March 12, 2007 by the General Assembly of Virginia states:
"Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; early termination of leases by military personnel. Removes the provision that final rent, in the event of early termination of the rental agreement by military personnel, is to be prorated to the date of termination and payable at such time as would have otherwise been required by the terms of the rental agreement. The bill conforms the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act to federal law on this issue."

military: Today I Made The Difference In Someone's Life - 08/17/07 12:07 AM

I got a out-of-state referral the other day from another Agent for a couple needing to relocate to the Northern Virginia area. The husband is retiring from the military after serving 20 years. The wife is a home maker and looks after their young son. He has accepted a job in the area and begins in the first part of September.
These folks had truly lived the "military state shuffle", one year in this state, two years in another one, literally criss-crossing the United States and also overseas all the while living in military housing.
