Yesterday was my birthday and I wanted to share with you some terrific friends who treated me to lunch and wine. I had a flight of wines at Chan's Wine World located in Destin. Best in flight was a 2006 Rustenberg Brampton Cabernet Sauvignon. Cassis, blackberries, cherries, cigar box and spice characteristics. Yummy.

I like the "L" plan the best in this building because it offers the Master on the Gulf rather than the North side of the building. These are the current prices in this complex. Only 1/2 mile from Panama City Beach newest shopping area called Pier Park. You can walk to the restaurants and shops.

Okay, this is it! Where did all of these people come from? All of a sudden my local gym, the Grayton Beach Fitness Center is packed! I can hardly get around the equipment with so many people in there. Who are these people anyway? Okay, I get it. These are the ones who committed to losing weight and getting in shape in 2009.
My guess is that the gym will be all mine again by Superbowl Sunday? Any wagers?
