I have lost my MOJO.  Not in real estate, but volunteerism.  I have been a student and champion of my chosen field since 2003.  I have fully dedicated myself to helping others, volunteering for projects, special events, fund raising, you name it.  I am just tired.  I can't remember how many times I have had to rearrange a client appointment just to make time for a meeting or other event.  Well, my 2012 business plan has cut way back on these moments in my business that are not making me any money.  I find that many don't even appreciate all that … (4 comments)

Feautured Complex today is the Beachside Villas located at 11 Beachside Drive, Seagrove Beach, FL 32459

Hot buys do exist in this market area.  You just have to know where to find them.  One just came across my desk a moment ago.  It is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo that originally sold for $635,000 and now is on sale as a bank foreclosure for $179,000.  It is super clean inside and only needs a washer, dryer, and refrigerator.  You can furnish it for as little as $8,000 fully with everything in a designer fashion and then use it as a vacation rental or long term rental or choose not to rent it at all.

Okaloosa County October Sales Results - 11/04/11 02:50 PM
Inventory is dropping. . . Buyers did you hear that?  Not too late, but getting better for sellers as we move this inventory out of the way.
Okaloosa Single Family Home Sales for the Month of October were up almost 16% and for the year we are up 20% in this category alone.
Condos and Townhomes were up 8.75% for the month and up 43% for the year.  Wow, condos are selling again.  Cash buyers seem to have come out of the woodwork and are back.  No oil in these waters, except suntan oil.

Well, you first have to have a plan. 
I can't believe how many Realtors sit and wait for the business to come to them.  Like somehow magically it will appear.  Or the Realtor who expects to be handed the business by their brokerage firm.  Come on now, you are an Independent Contractor and responsible for your own destiny.  That is exactly why I work for myself.  I take no orders, do my own thing, work as hard as I want, plan my own schedule, etc.
Well, then just how do you get there?
