fair housing: Article 10 Code of Ethics - 01/30/12 10:50 AM
I locally teach Fair Housing Rules to newREALTORS©.  It is a subject near and dear to me.  It is always worth reviewing these rules as written and amended on January 1, 2011.
REALTORS© shall not deny equal professional services to any person for reasons of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or sexual orientation.  REALTORS© shall not be parties to any plan or agreement to discriminate against a person or persons on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin or sexual orientation.

fair housing: Discrimination is just plain WRONG - 10/30/10 08:14 AM
 
I am co-chair of the Fair Housing Rules Committee for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and a Member of the Board.  It is just plain wrong to deny anyone the opportunity to own a home.  I can't believe that some are still trying to get away with discrimination.
Liberty and Justice for ALL.  Look it up.
