Beachwood Villas sits on the North side of Hwy. 30A between Beachcrest Condos and One Seagrove Beach.  It is walking distance to the beach and is conveniently situated near a Tom Thumb convenience store, Cafe 30A Restaurant and Angelinas Pizza.
There are 14 well maintained buildings with 3 floors and 117 units in all.  There are 72 one bedroom units; 10 two bedroom units; and 35 three bedroom units.  There are two pools, BBQ areas, Clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, and tennis courts.  It is a popular destination for snowbirds during the months of January through March.

Feautured Complex today is the Beachside Villas located at 11 Beachside Drive, Seagrove Beach, FL 32459
This complex features 120 units.  The buildings are no taller than 3 stories tall.  There are 48 two bedroom units and 72 three bedroom units.  Built back in 1993.  The grounds feature a secluded area of Seagrove Beach easily accessible via a boardwalk with a foot shower available after spending the day at the beach.  They have 2 outdoor pools (one heated during the winter months) and two tennis courts, BBQ areas, shuffleboard courts, and washer and dryers.  Popular with the Snow Birds, events like … (2 comments)
