Over the past couple of years as the Colorado Springs market has gone through a very tight inventory market we have learned what is important and can make or break a deal or an opportunity. Some of the take aways for me include:

It's New Years Eve Day and I find myself feeling nostalgic for so many things I enjoy and appreciate in Colorado Springs. Actually proud of. There is also this niggling in my mind and heart of gratitude for what is to come without the knowing of what that will be or when it will arrive.
