Buyer calls in: " I want to know how much the house on 123 Elm St is ?" "It' s currently listed at $99,000, Is that the price range you are looking in ? " No, I'm only approved for $85,000. " Ok , I can help you find a home in that range, Are you currently working with an agent? "  "No, not yet," "Great, I would like to meet with you to learn more about your needs, do you have time this evening at say, 6 o'clock? "

It's all in your desire to make something happen. Remember your Tone. Do you sound excited ? Gald to be there today? Are you Smiling ?  What your feeling goes right through the phone line and to the caller.
