This year the the Skagit county builders association will be building hundreds of new homes and you can find those houses at Brio Realty's web site. I also represent the mADi Group as the Director of Bussiness Development. mADi is an international Architectural and Planning firm located in San Francisco Ca. They currently have projects in India, Fiji, Australia and the US.

Skait County had the highest appreciation in all of Washington State, (26.93%) and is well on its way to that or above in 2006. 

Piazza construction is planning an 89 lot development in Mt Vernon, which will be a gated community. they plan to start construction this fall. This will be the first gated subdivision in Mt Vernon. I will be working closely with John Piazza on this project. Look for the start on this blog site.
