Networking in my community, Vancouver, WA (Clark County), One of the things I have been working on ion my business is my networking.
I joined BNI about 3 years ago in and it has been very good to my business.  This past 12 months alone I have closed 4 deals from my BNI group and I also have 3 more in escrow from the group.  BNI has been amazing for my networking.  I have also grown as a person in the group, my personality has opened up and my public speaking is much better as well.

I would do it as a LEASE PURCHASE, the reason why is simple as a lease option it is concidered as owner financing the home and there are potential tax benifits to this. I must say these are some great comments, and why is this occuring?  We should all follow the Etical standards we all agreed to with taking out Lic.,  Now as an agent I need to ask this... Are you using an electronic key box or a combo box?
I see so many REO listings with combo boxes, how the heck can you track who is going in the house, and hold they accountable?
