Change the way you look at things and things you look at Change, I read this blog If Real Estate is So Easy, How Do You Justify Your Fee? and I must be honest I was a little shocked at the post the statement ""anyone who thinks closing a real estate transaction in 2010 (or 1998 or 2002 or 2005 or...) can easily be handled by an administrative assistant or even a licensed assistant isn't closing too many deals. Either that, or the agents on the other end of their deals are working doubletime doing both agents' jobs, while complaining bitterly (and justifiably)

I have been tracking what my marketing is doing for me and here is what I have, Now understand i just started tracking, and I ma not tracking it all yet, ActiveRain last month I had over 15,000 hits on my Blogs, That's not bad I wrote several and some were marketing for my properties... So here is what i have for you today: This is something that we have done several times kinda basic but really good: Grilled Flank Steak (or you can use Skirt Steak) These meats are a little tougher than other meats, keep that in mind the lemon juice (or lime) will help break down the tissue. Well, I was at an event last night it was Keller Williams and our partner MetLife, it was a time for peopel to get together in a non-working enviroment and just get to know eachother. I was actually suprised that less than 40 agents showed up (we have 280 people in our office) and there were about 15 loan officers from MetLife. Summer Time BBQ Baby Back Ribs, I make these ribs all the time!!! The melt in your mouth and soo sooo good. FYI you will start thia two days before you need them. Ok you need a few slabs of Baby Back ribs Cummin Garlic chopped Onion Powder Chili Powder Salt & Pepper Italian Seasoning Take the above mix them the way you like, I usually do about 1 cup of each item except for (salt & pepper I do that to taste). per 2 racks of ribs.
