Ok, so you will need a few Pork Chops (prefer with the tenderloin still in it)
Brown Rice
Fresh Pinapple Pealed, Cored & sliced into strips (not rings)
Soy Sauce
Pinapple Juice
fresh garlic (sliced thin)
Ground Cumin
Brown Sugar
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
White Pepper (to taste)

365 days of the Celebration of Food, Recipe 4, Baked Brie, I am sorry I did not do this yesterday, a friend of mine asked me what would i do if I wanted a dessert, well this baked brie is typically not a dessert but I enjoy it with a big Red Wine.... It is sweet , creamy Item.

365 Days of the Celebration of Food, Recipe 2, Flank Steak.....  So Today I am headed to the coast and enjoy some time with my family at the ocean. 
So here is what i have for you today:
This is something that we have done several times kinda basic but really good:
Grilled Flank Steak (or you can use Skirt Steak) These meats are a little tougher than other meats, keep that in mind the lemon juice (or lime) will help break down the tissue.

Do you Go to Company Events? Well, I was at an event last night it was Keller Williams and our partner MetLife, it was a time for peopel to get together in a non-working enviroment and just get to know eachother.  Well as non-working as you can get with Loan Officers & Realtors.......  I was actually suprised that less than 40 agents showed up (we have 280 people in our office) and there were about 15 loan officers from MetLife.

Summer Time BBQ Baby Back Ribs, I make these ribs all the time!!! The melt in your mouth and soo sooo good.  FYI you will start thia two days before you need them.
Ok you need a few slabs of Baby Back ribs
Cummin                                                         
Garlic chopped
Onion Powder
Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper
Italian Seasoning
