For Sale by Owner? or Sell my House MR. Realtor.... Did you know that the FOUNDER of ForSalebyOwner actually Hired a Realtor to sell his home?  This is what was reported from the Wall Street Journal, as it is reported  Colby Sambrotto (founder and former CEO) spent six month trying to sell his condo in New York, and was not able to sell the home.  Colby hired a Realtor to list the home and then paid the Realtor 6%commission to get the job done.  His personal Experience with ForSalebyOwner did not help him in moving his home.  My Question to you: … (2 comments)

What a great Question, with 70% of the foreclosed properties and were never listed, that tells me that people just do not know their options.... What would it be worth if you could drive 44,000 people to your website?  WOW, what a question.  I wrote an article the other day about a NEW LOCAL SEO company, they saw a need that people wanted to LOCAL SEO, and they are doing it...
