Green Tip of the Day! Keller Williams, Arlington, Ken Courtade - 09/04/07 09:24 AM
When you peel citrus fruits, don't throw away the peels or compost immediately.  Instead, place in a decorative dish in your kitchen or bathroom to use as natural, fresh potpourri/air freshener.  And compost whenever you can. Handy, handsome kitchen counter "pails" with carbon scent filters in the covers make a great holder for compostable scraps prior to taking to the compost area. http://www.cleanairgardening.com/pail.htmlEnjoy - and have a GREEN day!KenYes I Ken!Keller Williams, Arlingtonwww.KenCourtade.comKenCourtade@gmail.com703.981.4646 … (2 comments)
