Hello All,
Well, the last time we spoke about investment homes we spoke of investment homes in the upper end areas of North Scottsdale.  Well, while I stand by that post and believe there are some fantastic opportunities in the Scottsdale area for investment homes, you still have to have the ability to carry a large note for the duration and let's face it, not all of us can afford a $3,000 to $5,000 monthly mortgage.  I know I can't.

Investment homes in Scottsdale Arizona? Well, you don’t need a whole lot of intelligence to know that now is one of the best times to buy luxury investment homes in Scottsdale since late 2000.
