I am a REALTOR in Tallahassee, Florida, with a great company. Would love to do referral business with agents around the country. For you new agents (I started in 2004), I have a list of tools that i constantly use and you should take advantage of them:
1. Housefront.com Here you can look up property data, including estimated price range, year build, approximate square footage, and get that information in a text message on your cell. You go by a property, text 46873, input address, and bingo, in seconds you get useful data. I use it all the time with buyers, and … (18 comments)
