I have been seeing prices dropping past the 2003/2004 market prices in communities. Places where lots were selling in the $200-$450 K range are now seeing lots sell for $120k to $150K. I have been watching communities in my area and there are a few that are about to see 10-15 (4 comments)

With the market being slow through out the country we are seeing more and more incentives. I have. So what are the best or worst incentives out there? Best Seller to buyer contributions IE: Seller offering cash for buyers closing cost, appraisal, home inspection ,home warranty. Broker offering cash at closing to buyer. Worst Seller (13 comments)

Land can be a tricky thing to price. Especially when land just exploded a couple of years ago. Man was there a frenzy in the Arizona market. Well now land has gone the other way. There is over 78 month's of inventory in the Prescott area. So with land price is (1 comments)

The market is definitely in the buyers favor here in the Prescott tri-city area. We are seeing inventory go up and up and prices keep falling and falling. The hardest thing now is helping buyers find the right property and then convincing them when to offer. We have seen offers 15-20% (0 comments)

We all have had homes that don't seem to get any offers no matter what you do. It gets hard to understand sometimes. I have one of those homes. I just suggested to the sellers that dropping the price may help to promote an offer but dropping the price hasn't really helped (8 comments)
