Selfish-Selling Is Zombie. We Need A New Bike. Become Super-Choosable. - 03/29/10 10:17 AM
I share ideas at AgentGenius.com. This is a preview of today's idea. If you'd like to read the whole thing, CLICK HERE. Thanks. Selfish-Selling Is Self-Focused and Sucks. We Need A New Bike. It shouts how mighty, majestic and magnificent we think we are. It’s heavy handed and pushy in pursuit of doing-the-deal. It’s me before thee. It crams square solutions into round problems. Selfish-Selling doesn’t work anymore. It’s zombie dead. That means, it looks raggedy-ass, it smells putrid and it’s soulless. But it doesn’t know it’s dead, it shambles around threatening to feed on innocent civilians. You know what I’m (0 comments)

’m sharing the why’s and what’s and how’s of creating a useful CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) for pricing your property. The goal is to sell it for the highest possible price, in your desired time frame. Experience has shown that Qualified Home Buyers comparison shop. Typically, they will define a price range and an area or areas that they are interested in, the style and design, desired amenities, etc., and they go shopping, looking at pre-owned homes and New Homes. After viewing all of the available homes that meet their criteria, a buyer will narrow their choices down to a short (0 comments)
Listing Agents, A Quick Question. Is Adopting Abandoned Buyers Smart or Stealing - 03/15/10 07:37 AM
1♻ G-Tweet Does Closing and Running = Abandonment I decided it wasn’t worth the trouble. We both know the truth. I don’t need to share charts, survey percentages or statistical bona fides, do I? The truth is plentifully self-evident. The average and ordinary majority of selling agents, DO NOT stay in touch with buyer clients after closing. The deal is done, it’s time to run. Fresh leads needs chasing and an uncertain future need feeding. At first blush, closing and running seems logical, maybe even smart. After all, gleefully settled buyers won’t be moving for years, why waste your finite attention on a years-distant possibility. Bills (2 comments)
